Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a security feature for our Online Account Services customers. With MFA, you choose if you would like to receive a code through text or email to verify your login.
Enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will enhance login security and ensure that you are the only person with access to your account. A single-use security code will be sent to your email address or to your mobile phone via text message. You decide how you would like to receive the code. After logging in with the correct username and password, you will be required to enter the security code.
In the Online Account Services Payment Center, you can make a payment, enroll in Pay By Bank, request Balanced Billing, view your latest statement and your payment history. Plus, you’ll see your usage graph showing this year’s and last year’s usage history.
