Release of Customer Energy Usage Data
Customers seeking to share their Energy Usage Data with a third party must complete the approved consent form. The Consent to Disclose Utility Energy Usage Data will provide your most recent usage history to the organization/individual you designate. Once complete, the form may be returned by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or faxing to (701) 323-3104.
